What if I don't win?
Nothing happens. You pay nothing.
Who pays the auction house?
You do, directly. We charge only for our service and shipping.
How is the pickup authorised?
You sign a pickup authorisation for the auction house. We send you a ready-made form.
What if you cannot collect?
You get a full refund.
How fast is the quote?
The same day, usually in the evening. Requests after 20:00 are answered the next day.
What can't you transport?
Food, weapons, hazardous goods, vehicles, and anything that does not fit into parcels of up to 31.5 kg, unless you collect it from us in Cologne.
Is my lot insured?
Every DHL parcel is insured up to €500; higher cover is available at cost. On the road, our liability is set out in our terms.
